The Amplifier 2025 — a year-long global mentorship programme by Temasek Trust ecosystem entities Centre for Impact Investing and Practices (CIIP) and the Philanthropy Asia Alliance (PAA) — has launched with three new tracks:

•  Innovation and Circularity in the Textile Value Chain

•  Sustainability Transformation for SME Suppliers in Tourism

•  Unlocking Opportunities and Breaking Down Barriers to Employment

Backed by more than 70 partners, the programme adopts a whole-of-ecosystem approach to support high-potential, impact-driven businesses from Asia and beyond. Mentees gain access to deep mentorship, sector and market insights, access to professional services, and catalytic capital to scale their impact and accelerate commercial outcomes.

The three tracks kicked off with dedicated launch and training weeks between September and November 2025.

Read on for launch highlights and an introduction to the mentee cohorts across each track.

Textiles Track: Pioneering Circularity Across the Value Chain

Launched at the Singapore Fashion Council (SFC)’s Be the Change Summit on 25 September 2025, the Textiles track is supported by SHEIN as Impact Innovation Partner and SFC as Strategic Partner. The track spotlights solutions that reduce the environmental footprint of the textile value chain, minimise post consumer textiles impact, and innovate with alternative materials.

Four ventures were selected from a competitive pool of 95 applicants across 27 countries. Each mentee will receive 12 months of mentorship and training, access to ecosystem connections, and up to S$230,000 in catalytic capital to advance their solutions and scale sustainably in Asia.

The textile track launch week ran from 22–26 September 2025, featuring training sessions led by Campaign for Good, CIIP, Deloitte, and PwC on topics such as impact storytelling, strategy and market expansion, fundraising, IP and licensing, and operationalising impact.
